Nearly 20 years ago, our client requested a courtyard design, including water feature, so that his employees could look out the window, and even work in the courtyard. They had wi-fi back in 2000! All the windows around the courtyard look in from a hallway or a break room so every employee can enjoy a view now and then.
This installation has been maintained by the installation contractor since construction. It is a beautiful and magical place. The client company continues to grow, and has added a second facility within a mile of this building.
